Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Market Research Executive to help us expand our presence in the recycled plastics industry. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, understanding global market trends in rPET flakes and recycled granules, and supporting the sales team in building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

●   Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities in the recycled plastics and packaging sector.

●   Maintain and update databases of prospects, leads, and market intelligence.

●   Prepare market analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.

●   Support the sales team in lead generation, prospect outreach, and customer engagement.

●   Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and client communications.

●   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client queries and requests.

●   Track and follow up on sales leads to nurture relationships and convert opportunities.

●   Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, client interactions, and market updates.

●   Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and customer outreach.

Requirements

●   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

●   1–3 years of experience in sales, market research, or business development (experience in packaging, plastics, or sustainability sectors is a plus).

●   Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

●   Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

●   Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
