What you will do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the systems administration team; oversee task planning, performance evaluation, and skills development.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable & secure cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales teams to develop cloud solutions, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to RFP/RFQ responses.
• Administer and maintain Linux & Windows-based servers, ensuring system availability, security, and performance.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker & Kubernetes.
• Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, resource provisioning, and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Drive security and compliance initiatives, including patching, vulnerability management, and identity & access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
• Establish and maintain system documentation, SOPs, best practices, and architectural diagrams.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to improve systems and processes.
• Coordinate DR/BCP strategies and ensure resilience of infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL/standard support processes.

• 7–8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 3 years of team-lead or managerial experience leading systems/DevOps engineers.
• Proven experience designing/implementing cloud architectures on AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Pre-sales knowledge including solutioning, PoCs, proposal documentation, and client technical discussions.
• Strong expertise in:
• Linux & Windows server administration
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routing)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Configuration management & scripting (Ansible, Shell, Python, PowerShell)
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting, system analysis, & problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Preferred Certifications (Any or Multiple)
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a strong advantage.
• DevOps/Automation certifications preferred.
• Experience in cost-efficient cloud architecture design.
• Exposure to monitoring technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog, etc.)
