Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Requirements Elicitation and Analysis :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand payment processing requirements.
  • Document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze the impact of changes to payment systems.

SWIFT and ISO 20022 Expertise :

  • Interpret and analyze SWIFT MT and MX messages.
  • Ensure compliance with SWIFT and ISO 20022 standards.
  • Provide expertise on payment messaging formats and protocols.

Quality Assurance and Testing :

  • Develop test plans and test cases for payment systems.
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Document and track defects.

Agile Collaboration :

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to the product backlog.
  • Work closely with developers and other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of SWIFT MT and MX messaging standards.
  • Experience with payment processing systems.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with testing tools and methodologies.

  • 7 to 10 years
  • Must have key words on which candidate has to have experience-
  • Work closely with business analysts, users and system developers to define data sources and detailed business rules for P&L, Accounting and Regulatory Reporting systems
  • Experience of working as a BA on Accounting Engine/Product Control systems/General Ledger (>5 years)
  • In depth knowledge of financial products and derivatives across interest rate, FX, credit and/or equity businesses
  • Banking Domain Exposure requiredSenior Agile Business Analyst (BA) Responsibilities/ Duties :
  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
  • Setup calls/discussions between teams to resolve issues impacting testing.

Including regular calls during test execution

  • Overall test planning and test delivery including scope, schedule and budget.
  • Overall resource planning (numbers, skills and training) and work assignments
  • Cohesive integration of test and development activities (Ensure all test cases, requirements, defects are captured and updated in Jira )
