Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, etc.).
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, UAT, and implementation activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in risk/issue management.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, Lucidchart, etc.
  • Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Domain knowledge in [Banking / Healthcare / E-commerce / FinTech / ERP etc.].
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
