About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

- Assist in creating project plans, use cases, and test scenarios.

- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

- Support change management and process improvement initiatives.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Understanding of business domains (Finance, IT, Retail, etc.) is desirable.
