The Opportunity

We are seeking a
CEO for Delhi and Norther Regions
– a proven leader with a strong sales background who can
own and lead the entire market
. This role goes beyond sales – it's about
building and scaling Avacasa's presence
in India's most premium vacation home market, driving partnerships, revenue, operations, and team culture.

You'll be the
face of Avacasa in the region
, leading the charge to make vacation homes a lifestyle choice for Mumbai's HNIs and UHNWIs.

What You'll Do

  • Market Leadership:
    Drive end-to-end business growth across Delhi & key holiday destinations.
  • P&L Ownership:
    Take full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and market expansion in the region.
  • Sales Leadership:
    Leverage your sales expertise to close high-value transactions with HNIs, and coach the team to replicate success.
  • Team Building:
    Hire, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team (sales, marketing, operations) for regional success.
  • Developer & Partner Relations:
    Forge strong ties with leading developers, landowners, and channel partners to bring premium projects to market.
  • Customer Experience:
    Ensure every Avacasa client has a seamless, high-trust, high-touch experience from discovery to ownership.
  • Brand Presence:
    Represent Avacasa at luxury events, investor gatherings, and ecosystem forums to elevate our brand with the right audience.
  • Strategic Growth:
    Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to strengthen Avacasa's market leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in
    luxury real estate sales or HNI-focused industries
    (wealth mgmt, hospitality, lifestyle).
  • Proven track record of
    leading sales teams and delivering high-ticket transactions
    .
  • Strong P&L and business management exposure.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate and build in a
    fast-scaling startup
    environment.
  • A natural
    networker with deep connects in Delhi's HNI/UHNI ecosystem.
  • A leader who thrives on ownership, accountability, and delivering results.
