Customer Support for Electronics or Electrical Products.

Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (Night Shift, typically aligned with US hours

Key Candidate Requirements:


• Typing Speed: 70 words per minute (wpm) or higher.


• Language Skills: Proficient in USA English, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.


• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Education Background (Mandatory Technical Affinity): Candidates must possess an Electrical or Electronics background, such as:

o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

o Diploma or certificate in Electrical and Electronics engineering or a related field.

Screening and Interview Process:


• The final screening and interview stages will be conducted by the Client Team.


• Technical Subject Matter: Questions will focus on Electrical or Electronics concepts.


• Typing Test: Candidates must pass a typing test demonstrating the required 70 wpm speed.

Evaluation Criteria (Client Focus): The primary focus during final evaluation will be:


• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical and electronics concepts.


• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally via chat.


• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to think critically and provide practical solutions to customer issues.
