We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving performance, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture.

You'll play a key role in developing strategies, motivating your team, and building strong relationships with clients to help the company achieve its growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
