What will you do?

As a Developer, youll be working as part of a cross-functional team of developers, designers, solution consultants and project managers, to build best-in-class modules.Your job will see you working closely with our team of engineers bringing their designs to life, creating exceptional e-commerce experiences that range from high-converting homepages to perfectly crafted product pages. An out of the world experience is at the core of what we aim to do everyday Youll be creating impact alongside a talented team of developers, using a continually evolving set of modern front-end / backend tooling.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Own the coding/design of a sub-module
  • Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions
  • Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead
  • implement the critical parts of the module
  • Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases and project mgmt processes are followed
  • Mentor the junior programmers
  • Peer and junior programmers code review
  • Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance

    Strong experience in developing backend systems

    Backend Exp: Preferred prior experience in stack Go, RoR, NodeJS/TypeScript, MySQL, Postgresql, MongoDB. Prior experience in Java or Python is also welcomed if the candidate is willing to work on any of the above mentioned stacks like Go, RoR, NodeJS/TypeScript.

    Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects on time

    Very strong analytical and problem solving skills in super changing environment

    Understanding of algorithms and data structures
