Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Backend Developer with expertise in Golang and Python
to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and robust APIs while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services using Golang.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to define feature specs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.
  • Debug and resolve backend issues across development and production environments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience, primarily with Golang.
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Working knowledge of Python.
  • Proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation workflows.
