Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (GoLang) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs that power Airlearns platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that delight learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using GoLang.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile platforms.
  • Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams for feature delivery.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in GoLang (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
