who thrives on identifying and converting new business opportunities. As a
Sales Expert – New Client Acquisition
, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by proactively engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions effectively.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about consultative sales, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong track record of closing deals in
CRM, Analytics, MarTech, or IT services.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive New Business Growth:
    Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
    Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a steady flow of high-potential leads.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Understand client challenges and articulate how Hansa Cequity's solutions can drive business impact.
  • Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets:
    Consistently meet and surpass revenue goals through strategic sales efforts.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2 +years of
    B2B sales experience
    , preferably in
    CRM, Analytics, MarTech, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Strong
    new business acquisition
    and
    consultative sales
    expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage the
    end-to-end sales cycle
    , from lead generation to closure.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong networking skills with a proactive approach to business development.
