- TrainingProgramDevelopment: Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives,ensuring that employees and partners are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- QualityControlTraining: Contributeto quality standards by ensuring that personnel are proficient inquality inspection,minimizing defects and ensuring product excellence.
BudgetManagement: Efficiently manage the budget allocated for training programs,optimizing resources,and controlling costs.
Customer/ External Orientation
Training Delivery: Provide training and knowledge transfer to employees and partners,ensuring that they are well-prepared to meet customer expectations in terms of quality,sales,and service.
FeedbackIntegration: Gather feedback from trainees and incorporate it into training program enhancements to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.
People Orientation
- Training Delivery: Provide effective and engaging training sessions,adapting to the diverse learning needs of trainees to enhance their knowledge and skills
- .Mentorship: Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting their professional growth.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and provide constructive feedback to trainees,guiding them in improving their performance and competence.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the training team and other colleague to facilitate the delivery of training programs and ensure acohesive approach to knowledge transfer.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert in uPVC and aluminum doors and windows,enabling employees and partners to excel in their roles,particularly in installation and quality inspection.
Content Development: Create and maintain training materials and resources, including manuals,presentations,and e-learning modules, to support training programs.
Assessment and Certification: Develope valuation methods to assess trainees' competence and establish certification processes to validate their proficiency.
Training Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and update them to align with the evolving needs of its employees.

● Management: Coordinate with senior management to align training programs with the company's strategic objectives and ensure resource allocation.
● TrainingTeam: Collaborate with internal training teams to facilitate the delivery of training programs and content development.
● QualityAssuranceTeam: Interact with the quality assurance team to ensure that training aligns with quality control and inspection standards.
● Content DevelopmentTeam: Work closelywith the content development team to create and update training materials, including manuals and e-learning modules.
● TraineeFeedback: Gather feedback from trainees and collaborate with them to enhance training programs and ensure their effectiveness.
External :
● Training Participants: Interact with employees,partners,and other external participants during training sessions to impart knowledge and skills effectively.
● Industry Experts: Collaborate with external industry experts to stay updated on the latest trends,best practices,and innovations in uPVC and aluminum doors and windows.
● Certification Authorities: Interact with external certification authorities to establish and validate training and certification processes for trainees.
Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge :
Subjec tMatter Expertise: Profound knowledge of uPVC and aluminum doors and windows, including technical specifications,installation procedures,quality control standards,and industry best practices.
Training Methodologies: Proficiency in adult learning principles and various training methodologies, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
Content Development: Skills in creating and updating training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Quality Control: In-depth understanding of quality control and inspection processes specific to uPVC and aluminum products, ensuring that trainees are well-prepared to maintain quality standards.

● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively during training sessions.
