What is the role about?

Key Responsiblities:
  • Deliver instructor-led technical training, in either a classroom or remotely online, to internal and external audiences including customers, partners, and employees.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and eLearning content.
  • Follow-ups of training and further education programmes to continuously increase customer satisfaction and optimise product training.
  • Occasional travelling within the scope of the training offered.
  • Documentation of the trainings carried out and regular reporting to the Training Manager.
  • Stakeholder Management: PMO handles high-level stakeholder engagement; the Project Manager engages stakeholders at the project level.
  • Knowledge Management: PMO maintains repositories for organizational knowledge; the Project Manager manages project-specific documentation.
  • Performance Measurement: PMO tracks organizational KPIs; Project Manager monitors project-specific performance.
