1. Role Overview

The
Technical Trainer – Data Analytics
will be responsible for delivering high-quality, practical training sessions that equip students with
job-ready data analytics skills
using
Excel, SQL, and Power BI
.

The trainer will help participants understand how data is collected, cleaned, analysed, and visualized to support business decision-making.

2. Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Conduct engaging, interactive sessions (online/offline) covering:
• Introduction to Data Analytics & Business Metrics
• Data Cleaning and Analysis using
  MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Database Management and
  SQL Queries
  (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, etc.)
• Data Visualization & Dashboard Design using
  Power BI / Tableau
• Real-world case studies in sales, marketing, HR, and operations.
• Teach through
  demonstrations, exercises, and projects
  .
• Encourage active participation, Q&A, and problem-solving during classes.

Curriculum Customization & Design

• Curate Data Analytics curriculum to the learning level of students (engineering, MCA, or management backgrounds).
• Design
  practice assignments, quizzes, and mini-projects
  aligned to job roles like
  Data Analyst
  ,
  MIS Executive
  , or
  Business Analyst (Entry Level)
  .

Assessment & Mentoring

• Evaluate student assignments, dashboards, and SQL exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and track learning progress.
• Guide students in building small
  portfolio projects
  demonstrating analytical and visualization skills.

Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with RMH Program Managers, Academic Coordinators, and partner colleges.
• Maintain session attendance, training reports, and student feedback data.
• Ensure high levels of learner satisfaction and engagement.

Continuous Learning

• Keep updated with latest updates in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Charts), SQL best practices, and Power BI features.
• Contribute ideas for improving RMH's curriculum and pedagogy.

3. Required Technical Skills

4. Qualifications

• Essential:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in
  Engineering (CSE, IT, ECE)

5. Experience

• 2–5 years
  of experience in
  data analytics

  reporting

  business intelligence

• Demonstrated ability to teach

  effectively.
• Exposure to academic delivery, corporate training, or edtech programs preferred.
