
Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders and clients.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and audience segmentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to improve landing page quality and ad relevance.
- Optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and other major ad platforms.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
- Experience in B2C campaign strategies and consumer-focused targeting.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, etc.).
- Experience in remarketing, dynamic ads, and funnel-based targeting.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Job Type: Full-time
