Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an HR Data Analyst. The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing human resources data and generating actionable insights to support HR decision-making. Key tasks include managing and optimizing HRIS, administering employee benefits, and supporting overall HR management operations. The role involves working closely with the HR team to interpret analytics, identify trends, and improve HR processes for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Benefits Administration
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and analyze HR data effectively
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of best practices in data privacy and compliance within HR operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or additional training in HR analytics or data management is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
