
Field Sales Executive

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive on meeting new people, closing deals, and being on the move, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll be the face of our brand, responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned territory to meet potential clients and promote products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct selling and lead conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in [industry]
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting
