Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer who is fluent in Marwadi and willing to travel extensively across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product promotion and client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Travel frequently across Gujarat, MP, and Delhi to meet clients and expand the business network.
  • Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably field sales).
  • Fluency in Marwadi (mandatory); Hindi and regional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
