Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Mandi Gobindgarh. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing recruitment and selection processes, supporting current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees, and managing employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Qualifications

- Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Experience in educational institutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
