About the Role:

The Innovation Ecosystem Coordinator will act as the bridge between AIIF, startups, students, faculty, and industry partners. This role is ideal for a dynamic, communication-driven individual who can manage programs, partnerships, and outreach initiatives that accelerate innovation at AJK Group of Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate student startup programs, idea jams, hackathons, and innovation sprints.

* Support partnership development and follow-up on MoUs and collaborations.

* Manage AIIF's online presence, social media storytelling, and digital community.

* Maintain records of incubated startups, interns, and ecosystem activities.

* Assist in preparing funding proposals and documentation for StartupTN, MIC, or CSR schemes.

* Liaise with faculty and departments to identify innovation projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's or Master's in Management / Engineering / Communication / Innovation Studies.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

* Interest and Experience in startups, incubation, and ecosystem building.

* Knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, and social media management tools is an advantage.

Energetic, organized, socially aware, and capable of turning ideas into executable plans.
