Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Counselling Associate based in Coimbatore. The Home Counselling Associate will be tasked with providing personalized guidance to students regarding their career paths and skill development opportunities. Responsibilities include advising on the best courses and programs offered by FACE Prep, addressing queries, maintaining student engagement, and collaborating with the team to enhance the counselling process. The role also involves ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for students to help them achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, build rapport with students and families.
  • Counselling and guidance skills to advise students on courses, programs, and career development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple queries and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to inspire confidence among students.
  • Experience in education, counselling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Eligibility to work on-site in Coimbatore.
  • 2 wheeler with valid license is a must.
  • Laptop is mandatory
