Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update books of accounts of the Company regularly.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchase, expense entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Manage company cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for invoice processing and settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing data for audits and financial reviews.
  • Maintain financial discipline and timely record-keeping for all business transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency similar accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
