We are looking for an experienced individual (Treasury Dep) with strong financial sense and negotiation skills to develop the liability end of our business by cultivating and fostering relationships with various Public & Private sector banks, lenders, financial institutions, preparation of various MIS reports, coordination with various internal departments for data / information, various post disbursement compliances and audit and reporting requirement.

The recruit will manage and be part of the team of raising funds through term loans, working capital loans and direct assignment etc from various banks, primarily public & private sector banks, CPs, Debentures - NCDs, Sub Debts, Perpetual, ICDs etc) by way of private placements and Public issuances.

**Second Note**:

- Liaising with lenders for fund raising, sourcing new avenues of fund raising.
- Assisting to proposals for borrowing and submission to Banks/FIs/DFIs/Domestic & International funds
- Handling follow on queries from banks and other financial institutions, assisting in due diligence process.
- Preparation of transaction documents etc.
- Handling the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents, assistance in security creation until the loan disbursement stage.
- Assisting end to end execution of fund raising process.
- Preparing Fund Raising report, Expense Sheets, collection efficiency reports and multiple banking arrangement reports for the management.
- Preparing CMA of the company.
- Preparing Investors/Board Presentation for Finance Department.
- Handling the Internal Audit Work of loan documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
