Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support
  • Assist the Sales Manager/Director with daily tasks and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and rate agreements to clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases (CRM systems).
  • Handle incoming inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
  • Client Relations
  • Communicate with clients regarding bookings, group reservations, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (front office, banquet, catering, etc.) to ensure guest requirements are met.
  • Handle client feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain sales reports, records, and filing systems.
  • Track sales performance and assist in preparing monthly or quarterly reports.
  • Support marketing activities, including promotions and mail campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
