**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage client accounts and follow up on leads.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and order documentation.
- Assist in processing sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients for order status, queries, and support requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
