Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Mohali district. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, handling inventory, and maintaining store standards. The role involves implementing and monitoring compliance with retail loss prevention strategies and ensuring effective communication with both staff and customers to enhance the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities also include achieving store sales targets, analyzing sales data, and making informed business decisions.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Store Management experience
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in retail management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
