Job Summary:

Pranav Doors and Windows Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Store Management Executive to oversee store operations at our Dera Bassi (Village Mahiwala) facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising stock movement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall store operations, inventory, and merchandising
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing timely reorders
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff performance
  • Prepare accurate reports on inventory, sales, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company regulations
  • Implement and maintain loss prevention and store security practices

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable working on-site in Dera Bassi
