Role Overview

We are looking for a highly presentable and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our exclusive reset outlet at Chandigarh Airport (Domestic). The ideal candidate shall come from a luxury retail background (brands like Nykaa, Zara, Sephora, etc.), possess strong communication skills in English, and have a proven track record in driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The primary goal of this role is to achieve sales targets and uphold Resets premium in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue: Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction reflects the brands premium positioning and values.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain product displays and store ambience as per brand guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Track stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment, and prevent stock-outs.
  • Operations: Handle billing, POS operations, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
  • Brand Representation: Be the face of reset at the airport, ensuring brand standards are maintained at all times.
  • Compliance: Adhere to airport security protocols and store operational policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree preferred, relevant certifications in retail management a plus.
  • 25 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or equivalent in a premium/luxury brand environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer service-oriented.
  • Proficient in POS systems and moderate expertise MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (airport operational hours).
