Sales Strategy & Leadership

o Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for BankSofts digital banking suite.

o Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across cooperative banks, microfinance, and SME-focused financial institutions.

o Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

o Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with decision-makers in banks and financial services.

o Negotiate and close high-value SaaS and licensing deals.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team (inside sales, field sales, partner channels).

o Drive a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and results orientation.

o Implement sales enablement processes and tools to optimize performance.
