- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and technology.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients.
- Knowledge of regulations affecting the medical equipment industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management and networking.
- Certification in medical sales or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
