From Day 1, you'll drive high-impact growth initiatives across influencer marketing, e-commerce, and social media. What You'll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

You'll work directly with the founder, taking ownership across three high-leverage areas:

• E-Commerce & Q-Commerce Expansion
• Assist in listing Hill Queen Tea across leading marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms. You'll help identify new platforms, reach out, negotiate, and onboard the brand — becoming the growth engine behind our retail presence.
• Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
• Build and manage a strong influencer ecosystem across wellness, lifestyle, and food creators. You'll run outreach campaigns, design collaborations, and manage relationships that drive meaningful buzz and trust.
• Social Media Growth
• Plan, post, and manage daily content across Instagram and LinkedIn. Run campaigns, engage with the audience, and turn social into a core growth channel. Think of yourself as the brand's voice in the digital world.

Plus: As part of the founder's office, be ready to jump into special projects and growth experiments. Whether it's brainstorming a viral campaign or organizing a pop-up event, you'll get a taste of all aspects of building a startup.

Who Should Apply (Ideal Candidate)

If you're a self-starter who loves the idea of growing a brand and isn't afraid to hustle, we want to meet you You'd be a great fit if you:

• Education: Tier-1 college in India (Preferred).
• You've previously worked or interned in influencer marketing, social media, D2C brand building, or platform onboarding.
• You're proactive, creative, and articulate — someone who can own their work and run with it.
• You're naturally curious, driven, and not afraid to experiment.
• You're on top of Instagram trends, know how to write a killer DM, or pitch an idea to a content creator.
• You're brand-sensitive – you understand tone, vibe, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• You're someone who values trust, collaboration, and thoughtful communication.
• (Bonus) Tea Lover: You have a thing for tea or wellness lifestyles. Not mandatory, but it helps when you're repping a tea brand .
