Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: [Netaji Subhash Palace Delhi]

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Handle office documentation and filing systems efficiently.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Only female married candidates may apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
