Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase customer engagement, and improve market share. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print media, events, and partnerships.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.

Build brand awareness through innovative campaigns, promotions, and PR initiatives.

Collaborate with the sales team to create lead generation strategies and drive revenue growth.

Manage social media presence, website content, and online advertising to enhance digital reach.

Oversee the design, content, and production of marketing materials.

Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.

Foster relationships with media, agencies, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.

Knowledge of brand management and product marketing.

Familiarity with content creation, graphic design, and video marketing.

Strong networking and negotiation skills.
