1. **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.

3. **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Explain technical specifications and advantages of civil engineering products and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. **Technical Consultation**:

- Utilize civil engineering knowledge to provide technical consultation and support to clients.
- Assist clients in understanding how products and services can meet their specific needs and solve their problems.

5. **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

6. **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.

7. **Customer Service and Support**:

- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure successful product implementation and continued satisfaction.

8. **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that target the civil engineering market.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its products.

9. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs.
