Marketsof1 is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth through high-impact digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a B2C marketing leader with a proven track record and expertise in Google Ads, SEM/SEO, native advertising, and performance optimization.

Responsibility:

Strategic Leadership

Develop & implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals

Focus on brand awareness, lead generation & customer acquisition

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team

Budget Management

Handle a minimum ₹25 million/year budget with focus on ROI and resource optimization

Performance Measurement

Track, analyze & report digital campaign performance

Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Market Awareness

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field

10+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume digital marketing

Proven success in B2C performance-driven environments

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads & latest updates

Expertise in SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads, native & influencer campaigns

Strong leadership, analytical, communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to manage large campaigns and interpret data-driven insights
