Are you passionate about marketing data, trends, and performance metrics? We're looking for a
Marketing Analyst
to join our Singapore team and play a key role in optimizing our campaigns and driving data-backed marketing decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and offline channels
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, CAC, and customer lifetime value
  • Build dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align goals and reporting
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior and segmentation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore (citizen, PR, or valid work pass)
