We are a manufacturer and supplier of non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions since 1958.

Our group of companies consists of two manufacturing plants and a head office and design center in Mumbai 300+ employees located across 9 locations in India. We strive to provide innovative tools and expertise to increase the reliability and accuracy of NDT inspections.

Our customers are Steel, Aerospace, Automotive, Railway, Defense, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Heavy Engineering Industry, Power Plants, NDT Service Providers, and Educational Institutes.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing strategic business projects
  2. Collect and analyze data to prepare business performance reports and presentations
  3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows
  4. Prepare documentation, minutes, and follow-ups for key internal and external meetings
  5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements
  6. Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation efforts
  7. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research as needed
  8. Provide administrative and logistical support to the management team

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
  2. 24 years of relevant experience in business operations, management support or project coordination
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  7. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
