About the Role:

AI Academia is seeking driven Business Development Interns to support its student outreach and admissions initiatives. The role primarily involves engaging with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups from company-provided leads, assisting them with course information and contributing to overall enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to connect with prospective students and explain AI Academia's programs and offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions effectively.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company and maintain accurate call records in the CRM.
  • Connect and collaborate with college brand ambassadors.
  • Support marketing initiatives through WhatsApp communities.
  • Work consistently towards daily calls and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or graduate (any discipline); freshers are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, persuasive and empathetic approach.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and engaging with new people daily.
  • Self-disciplined, target-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and online communication tools.
  • Able to commit minimum 4 months to the internship.
