We are currently offering a unique internship opportunity for students from all backgrounds who are passionate about making an impact in legal tech.

**Position**: Student Internship Program

**Location**: Remote

**Duration**: 3-6 months (Flexible)

**Compensation**:Interns will gain invaluable experience, a certificate of completion, and a Letter of Recommendation (LoR) for exceptional performance.

There will be post-seed, post-revenue bonuses. [Minimum ₹2000]

**Internship Fields**:

- **Technology**: Engage in developing AI-driven solutions and software development.
- **Marketing**: Contribute to marketing strategies, content creation, and digital marketing efforts.
- **UX/UI Design**: Work on designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our AI platforms.
- **Business Development**: Help identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
- **Accounting**: Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
- **HR**: Support in recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on projects that align with your field of interest, contributing to the growth and success of Zephara AI.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete a specific project or task assigned during your internship, aimed at adding value to our mission.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities offered throughout the internship.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Interest in the intersection of technology and legal services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.
