Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the steel or related industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement. This role requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of steel products and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities  Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.  Identify sales opportunities through market research, site visits, and customer meetings.  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.  Promote a range of steel products including TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, etc.  Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.  Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and support) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.  Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.  Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status. Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.  3–5 years of proven field sales experience in the steel industry or a related sector.  Strong knowledge of steel grades, standards, and product applications.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.  Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications  Prior experience with OEMs, fabricators, distributors, or construction contractors.  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).  Understanding of local/regional steel market dynamics and pricing.
