What You'll Do
- Offer
empathetic, confidential, and non-judgmental support - Listen actively to users dealing with stress, anxiety, loneliness, relationship issues, and life challenges
- Follow platform guidelines & safety protocols
- Maintain professionalism and emotional boundaries
- Be a reliable, compassionate presence for people in need
Who We're Looking For
- Strong empathy & communication skills
- Ability to stay calm in emotional conversations
- Good command of Hindi/English (both is a plus)
- Background in psychology, counselling, social work, or peer-support is preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Comfortable with remote, flexible-hour work
