Role Summary:

The HR Manager will play a key role in managing recruitment, induction, training, screening, and employee engagement processes across both our logistics and manpower divisions. This role requires a proactive individual who is ready to take full ownership of HR responsibilities and contribute to workforce quality and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Interviewing:

• Understand manpower needs across logistics and facility services.

• Manage complete recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, and hiring.

• Conduct structured multi-level interviews (initial, functional, final).

• Coordinate screening tests (aptitude, physical, background checks).

• Ensure NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is submitted by all selected candidates.

1. Onboarding & Business Introduction:

• Conduct onboarding and formal induction programs introducing new employees to company policies, logistics workflow, and manpower service expectations.

• Ensure all new hires understand their job roles, reporting structure, and safety standards.

1. Training & Development:

• Design and conduct role-specific training:

o Logistics Staff: safety handling, timekeeping, route knowledge.

o Security Staff: discipline, client interaction, emergency handling.

o Housekeeping/Sweepers: cleanliness protocols, behavior, client site conduct.

o Other Staff: Technical,.

• Monitor post-training performance and organize refresher sessions as needed.

1. Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain complete employee records including ID proof, NDA, offer letters, and attendance.

• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements (ESIC, PF, labor laws).

• Coordinate with payroll and admin for smooth HR operations.

1. Ownership & Coordination:

• Take complete ownership of assigned HR functions.

• Act as a bridge between management and field staff.

• Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution.

• Support internal audits and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in HR, preferably in logistics or manpower/facility services.

• Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Mandatory: Submission of all required documents at the time of joining.

• Skills: Strong communication, recruitment, and team coordination skills.

Ability to work with both office staff and field-level workers. Local language proficiency is a plus.

Salary Package:

• As per company norms and based on experience and performance. average salary is between ₹3.6 Lakhs to ₹6.5 Lakhs per year.
