Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales of residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the property market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales. This role requires managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to
closing deals, while providing a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned real estate projects, including site
visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Generate leads through various online and offline channels, real estate agents, channel
partners, and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure
repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and
events to drive sales.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions and pipeline activities.
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and processing of bookings and post-sales
requirements.
Collaborate with the customer service, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth
handovers and customer satisfaction.
Train and guide junior sales executives or team members, if applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
58 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a developer or real estate
brokerage.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
