Role Summary :
This role will manage business operations, growth, and operations in the Sports Medicine product line in the Bangalore / Hyderabad region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop business strategy for sports medicine product portfolio in region
- Drive sales, marketing, and promotion of sports medicine devices and solutions
- Manage distributors, partners, clinics, orthopedic and sports hospitals
- Provide technical guidance and clinical support where necessary
- Monitor P&L, margins, and growth
- Initiate collaborations with sports institutions, physiotherapy centers, and medical bodies
- Organize workshops, training, and demonstration events
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelors / Masters in life sciences / biomedical / business / PPE
- 5+ years experience in medical device / sports medicine / orthopedic / rehabilitation device domain
- Strong network in sports / orthopedics / physiotherapy segment
- Excellent marketing, sales & technical skills
KPIs / Success Metrics :
- Sales and margin growth in sports medicine portfolio
- Market share / coverage in target region
- Partnerships / institutional tie-ups
- Customer satisfaction, adoption
Reporting & Stakeholders :
- Reports to Head of Sports Medicine Division
- Stakeholders: sales team, clinicians, marketing, product, operations
