Job Overview

We are seeking a Telesales Executive for a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban or Mumbai. The role is open to freshers with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through targeted communication strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in cold calling is essential to effectively engage potential clients and drive sales opportunities. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in lead generation to successfully identify, qualify, and track prospective customers and sales leads. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication strategies to effectively convey product information and value propositions to clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with CRM software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous for streamlined sales tracking and customer relationship management.
  • Strong customer engagement skills to build and maintain positive client relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  • Proven negotiation techniques for closing sales deals and effectively handling objections from potential clients.
  • Good time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets and deadlines efficiently.
