Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks including lead generation, customer support, sales calls, and follow-ups. The role involves effectively communicating with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team to meet targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
- Sales skills with an ability to persuade and close deals
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are advantageous
