Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Growth Specialist
with strong hands-on experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) and Performance Marketing. This role is focused on driving quality app installs and customer acquisition through ASO, paid performance campaigns, and data-driven growth strategies.

You'll collaborate closely with SEO, creative, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure our app presence is fully optimized and campaigns are delivering sustainable growth across key channels.

Key Responsibilities:

App Store Optimization (ASO):

·   Own ASO strategy and execution across Google Play and iOS App Store

·   Optimize app title, description, keywords, and visuals to improve visibility and installs

·   Monitor keyword rankings, competition, and app store trends.

·   Conduct A/B testing of store assets to improve performance metrics

·   Work with SEO, content, and creative teams for continuous optimization.

Performance Marketing:

·   Plan, execute, and scale hands-on campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and other performance channels.

·   Optimize campaigns for installs, sign-ups, and retention with a sharp focus on ROI.

·   Use attribution tools (AppsFlyer, etc.) to track performance, measure outcomes, and identify growth opportunities.

·   Monitor for fraud, attribution issues, and ensure compliance with internal workflows.

·   Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to drive incremental growth.

·   Collaborate with agencies/partners where needed, but remain deeply hands-on in execution and optimization.

Requirements:

·   5+ years of experience in ASO and performance-driven mobile user acquisition.

·   Proven experience running and scaling paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC.

·   Hands-on with tools like AppFollow, SEMrush, and attribution platforms like AppsFlyer.

·   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and translate them into action.

·   Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.

·   Understanding of user retention, app engagement, and full-funnel growth metrics.

·   Prior experience in fintech or mobile-first consumer startups is advantageous.
