We are seeking a skilled Senior Revenue Growth Specialist to assist in the management of rooms inventory and maximize cluster revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with numbers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain automation efforts in reservation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, ensuring accurate information and effective rate strategy communication to properties.
  • Perform Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking insights for forecasting.
  • Generate and update property and market Revenue Management reports to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position.
