About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Operational Manager with at least 1 year of experience to oversee field operations, manage court and company assignments, and lead our sales team towards target achievement. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage field operations including coordination with courts and companies.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations across departments.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring target achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate and institutional partners.
  • Implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with management for planning, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and team management.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with proven track record of achieving sales/operational goals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
